The current version
The form on this website prepares a message and opens WhatsApp with the details you filled in. The message is sent only if you press “Send” in the app, and the website itself does not store the details. After sending, the details are handled under WhatsApp’s terms of use and privacy policy.
When the form is in demo mode, the details you enter are processed in the browser only to prepare a summary. They are not sent to a server through the form and are not saved by the site’s code in a database or in the browser’s local storage. The browser itself may offer autofill according to your settings.
Which details appear in the form?
Name, phone or email address, the requested service area, the stage of the business and an optional general description. Please do not enter passport numbers, bank account details or other sensitive information in the form.
Copying the inquiry summary
If you choose to copy the summary, the text is placed on your device’s clipboard at your request. Passing it on to anyone else is a separate action of your own.
Cookies and external services
The current site code includes no tracking tools, advertising tools or proactive cookies. The fonts and the image are served from the site’s own files. Once published, the hosting provider may process technical access data; information should be added here according to the provider chosen.
After the form is connected to the firm
The policy must be updated before details are actually collected: the identity of the site operator and its contact details, the purposes of processing, safeguards, service providers, retention period, countries of processing and the way to make inquiries about personal data. The wording must be adapted to the applicable law and to actual practice.
